Where One Piece of Fried Chicken Began
In January 2023 the very first Crispy Burger opened at 3617 Main St in Flushing, New York. Within days this unassuming little shop was being called the neighbourhood's most talked-about new fried-chicken spot — and the queue outside made that red-and-yellow sign hard to forget.
The team's approach to frying chicken was simple from the start: no shortcuts at the sourcing stage. Free-range chicken delivered fresh every day, a marinade recipe inherited from a long-established Chinese chain, a full 45 minutes of marinating, and a dedicated frying oil that costs more than the standard — all that invisible cost ends up in the crunch you hear on the first bite.
Three years later, Crispy Burger has grown well beyond Main Street: Queens, Manhattan and Brooklyn, then across state lines to Burlington, Vermont and Omaha, Nebraska. The menu has grown with it — from a dozen early items to 11 categories and more than 110 products today.

The first store on Main Street
Our first shop opened at 3617 Main St CU8 in Flushing, serving fried-to-order crispy chicken and chicken leg burgers. It quickly became a local go-to.

College Point, Queens
A second store opened on College Point Blvd, bringing the signature chicken beyond Flushing so regulars no longer had to make the trip to Main Street.

2024
Bayside & East Village
The Bayside store opened at 43-19 Bell Blvd, sharing a space with Laankee milk tea; the same year Crispy Burger reached Manhattan for the first time, at 137 1st Ave in the East Village.

2025
Two stores in Brooklyn
Brooklyn opened at 4505 8th Ave and 8 Sutter Ave, serving Sunset Park and the surrounding neighbourhoods. The 8th Ave store earned a 4.5 rating on local review platforms.

2025 – 2026
Beyond New York State
Crispy Burger went interstate for the first time, opening in Burlington, Vermont and Omaha, Nebraska — the first time the signature chicken left the New York market.

Third anniversary in Flushing
The flagship on Main Street marked three years. The menu was rebuilt the same year: 11 categories, 110+ items, and full integration with our official online ordering system.
